These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeGo Android application and the tradegopro.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by TradeGo ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
TradeGo provides AI-generated trading signals, technical analysis, and fundamental market data for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, and TradeGo is not a registered investment advisor or broker.
3. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments, including forex and crypto, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all users. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make, whether based on signals from the Service or otherwise. Past performance of any signal or strategy is not indicative of future results.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Free & Premium Membership
- The Free plan provides limited access to signals and features.
- Premium membership unlocks additional features as described in the app, subject to approval and activation by our team.
- Membership requests, payments, and approvals are handled through the process described within the app. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke membership access at our discretion in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
6. Optional Automation / MT5 Integration
If you choose to enable optional automation features connecting to third-party trading platforms (e.g., MT5), you do so at your own risk and are responsible for any configuration, funds, and outcomes associated with that integration. We are not liable for losses arising from automated execution.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with TradeGo are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
