Delete Your Account
Last updated: August 4, 2026
You can permanently delete your TradeGo account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, exactly what happens to your data, and how long it takes — in compliance with Google Play's User Data policy.
1. How to Request Deletion
- In the app: Open TradeGo → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm.
- On the web: Use the form below with the same email and password you use to log into the app. No app install is required.
Deletion requires verifying it's really you — either by being signed in on the app, or by entering your account password below. If you signed up without setting a password (e.g. via a linked social account) or no longer have access to your account, email info@tradegopro.com from your registered address and we will verify and process the request manually.
2. What Gets Deleted
Submitting a request permanently deletes the following from our production database:
- Account & authentication data: email address, password hash, login sessions.
- Profile data: display name, profile photo, mobile & WhatsApp numbers, country, referral code, loyalty points.
- App data: saved AI robot configuration, push-notification (FCM) token.
- Request history: your broker package requests and robot setup requests.
- Affiliate records: any affiliate/referral submission tied to your account.
3. What We Retain, and Why
Completed subscription and payment transaction records (amount, date, plan, payment method) are retained after account deletion, disconnected from any profile information. This is standard practice required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, and consistent with Google Play policy allowing retention of data necessary for legal or security obligations. These records can no longer be linked back to your name, email, or profile once your account is deleted.
4. Timeframe
Deletion requests are processed immediately — your profile, credentials, and app data are removed from our live database as soon as the request is verified. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days as part of our normal backup rotation.
