Common Questions
- I'm not receiving signals or notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled for TradeGo in your device settings, and that you have a stable internet connection.
- How do I upgrade to Premium? Open the app, go to the Membership tab, choose a plan, and submit your request. Our team reviews and activates premium access.
- My premium request hasn't been approved yet. Approvals are typically processed within 24 hours. If it has been longer, please email us with your registered email address.
- How do I delete my account or data? Email us at the address above from your registered email and we'll process your request in line with our Privacy Policy.
